At ValueMags, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Simply ensure all original tags are attached and the garments are in their original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your ValueMags account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn clothing back into its original packaging or a secure box, ensuring the packing slip is included inside for faster processing.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
